UGMAD Festival

The acronym literally  means "Maximize Crops; Uplift the Farmer". Strategically celebrated during harvest months, the UGMAD Festival is a month  long convergence for Tagum's farmers  in acknowledgement of their noble contribution of being the backbone of the society.

The festival features the "Pintados y Carrozas de los Carabao"- a parade of decorated carts and painted  water  buffalos,  the Durian  Trade Fair, Farmers' Market, Agri Trade Fair, "Farmers' Got Talent", "Farmers' Day Off"- free spa services for farmers, and many more.
